Abstract

<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a rotary penetration steel pipe pile capable of facilitating the working, having big bearing force and further having excellent penetration efficiency. <P>SOLUTION: In the rotary penetration steel pipe pile formed by fixing a steel-made wing 3 carrying out bending work of a plate to the front end face of a steel plate at right angles to the pipe axial direction of the steel pipe 5, the steel-made wing 3 has a cut 7 in a predetermined range so as to be along the outer circumference of the front end of the steel plate 5, the predetermined range including the cut 7 is cut off in a fan-shape to form a cut-off section 9, one of a site having the cut 7 is bent upward to form an upward inclined surface section 13 by making an extension line of a line connecting each terminal 7a of the cut 7 to the pile center as a bent line 11, and the other of the site having the cut 7 is bent downward to form a downward inclined surface section 15. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
【課題】 加工が容易で、支持力が大きく、さらに貫入能率にも優れた回転貫入杭を得る。 【解決手段】 平板を折曲加工してなる鋼製翼3を鋼管先端面に該鋼管5の管軸方向に対して直角に固着してなる回転貫入鋼管杭であって、鋼製翼3は、鋼管5の先端外周に沿うように所定範囲に切込み7を設け、切込み7を含む所定範囲を扇形状に切除して切除部9を形成し、切込み7の各終端7aと杭中心を結ぶ線分の延長線を折曲げ線11として切込み7を設けた部位の一方を上方に折曲して上向き傾斜面部13を形成し、切込み7を設けた部位の他方を下方に折曲して下向き傾斜面部15を形成してなる。 【選択図】 図1
