Abstract

【課題】印刷ユニット間見当制御と干渉せず制御動作が破綻しない印刷ユニット間テンション制御を行うグラビア印刷機とそのテンション制御方法の提供。 【解決手段】隣接する2つの印刷ユニット間におけるウェブのテンションを検出しテンション検出値を出力するテンション検出手段と、テンション検出値とテンション目標値との偏差を小さくするための制御演算を行ってテンション制御信号を出力するテンション制御手段と、テンション制御信号を入力して各印刷ユニットの圧胴駆動信号を出力する駆動制御手段と、各印刷ユニットの圧胴を圧胴駆動信号に基づく所定の回転速度で駆動する圧胴駆動手段とを具備するようにしたグラビア印刷機およびそれに適用されたテンション制御方法。 【選択図】 図1
<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gravure printing machine which can control tension between printing units free from a control action failure without interference with registration control between the printing units, and a tension control method of the gravure printing machine. <P>SOLUTION: This gravure printing machine comprises the following components: a tension detection means which detects the tension of a web between two adjacent printing units and outputs a tension detection value, a tension control means which outputs a tension control signal by performing a control operation to reduce a deviation between the tension detection value and a target tension value, a drive control means which outputs an impression cylinder drive signal to each printing unit by inputting the tension control signal, and an impression cylinder drive means which drives the impression cylinder of each printing unit at a specified rotary speed according to the impression cylinder drive signal. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
